Daily Screenshots

Soon, defunct setting on google. :(

Interesting manner to date a tumblr post. Can I use 'yesterday' or 'tomorrow' or even 'last week'? (nope)

I wanted to leave a few comments but couldn't (see below for the FAIL) so here they are

Facebook Fail

I login maybe once a week because I use the iPhone app (which, I might add is *really* buggy as of late) and here's what happened today.

5 DestroyTwitter Usability Issues

Currently I am using Twitteriffic and am finding it the best client out there for my needs. The ads are unobtrusive and overall it's a solid app. However, I am giving DestroyTwitter the prerequisite trial run today. So far these are the current issues I've found to be a little ... annoying.

1. Can't use arrow keys to scroll tweet list.
2. Can't highlight a tweet by either clicking on it (or using the arrow keys).
3. Read tweets aren't marked in a different manner differentiating between unread tweets.
4. There is no unread count: I step away for a meeting. I return an hour later and there is no indication that there are new tweets.
5. As a result, I have to guess that I do and read until I find on that I've already read.

Adobe Flash CS4 Annoyance #31

Here in the Properties Panel I can see an object in the Library is named 'footer_instructio...'

Not very handy, is it. Will expanding the panel show the name in it's entirety?

NOPE.

Meaning there is a cap of 17 or so characters? Annoying, innit?

For NYC residents who have a live tree, please take your tree curbside
